Submittals - Drafts Don't Display in Test Mode

What's Changed?

We resolved an issue where draft submittals were not displaying for customers using Submittals Test Mode. Both features are now compatible, and users can save drafts with test mode enabled.

Why does it matter?

Test mode lets users confidently perform validation testing without any risk of making a live VMS Submission.
